Our People

Anna Boitumelo Magakwa - CEO

Tumi is a 70% shareholder/member and founder of Moshomo Bashumi.

She has dedicated her life and skills towards helping small,medium and large companies to realise their goals through exhibitions and warehousing.

She has worked in entertainment, sports marketing brand management and warehousing logistics for over 15 years.
She holds a Higher Certificate in Accounting (Unisa) and is currently completing her under graduate studies in Financial Accounting with Unisa.

Tumi is the overall strategic planner for MBC, financial management and is responsible for auditing and quality control of projects and events.

She provides client briefs and company presentations.

With over 17 years in the industry, her passion, commitment and dedication were recognised in August 2017, when she was nominated as a finalist in the 2017 Standard Bank TOP WOMEN IN BUSINESS, and MBC made it to the Top 3 spot in the fastest-growing SMME category.

William Mailula - Account Director

Accounts Manager William is the navigator and the thought leader with an unparalleled commitment for excellence.He plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the company meets its day-today operational needs.

He has 17 years of experience working on the production of a wide variety of manufactured goods (branding material) and has a successful track record in determining whether products meet expected standards.

He ensures company compliance with clients and regulatory requirements.

He holds a Diploma in Human Resources from the Midrand Campus and is currently pursuing his LLB undergraduate studies at Unisa.

William oversees the entire production process for branding collateral, as well as for event set-up, ensuring that testing and set-up of exhibitions are performed to the highest quality standards.

His responsibilities include the interpretation of blueprints and specifications, ensuring that production methods meet relevant legislation, and recommending changes to the production process.

Fanele Hoko – Warehouse Operations Manager

Fanele manages distributions systems and ensures the efficiency of operations.

Adept at making quick decisions in a busy environments to maintain productivity. Specializes in setting production objectives managing staff and resolving issues.

Moses Magakwa – Event Operations Manager

Moses is a creative and energetic event operations manager offering more than 8 years experience working in fast pace environments with professional organizational skills, ability to handle staff, customers, contractors, budgeting and financial aspects of special events.
